國策研究院院與國立中山大學亞太區域研究所共同主辦，陳啟川文教基金會協辦，於本（2）月24日（星期五）上午假張榮發國際會議中心舉辦「俄烏戰爭週年：兩岸與國際大變局」座談會，分成「國際變局」及「兩岸變局」兩場次，邀請相關專家學者就各項議題研析。座談會共吸引近百位各界人士現場及線上參與，成果豐碩，結果圓滿。
